Return Policy

The merchandise must be in new condition and in the original packaging with all of its paperwork/tags. The return shipping is your responsibility. Shipping charges will be refunded only if the item is shipped as a result of our error. You will receive the refund upon our receipt and inspection of the merchandise. Some items returned and not in new condition will be charged 15% restocking fee. If the item shopping box or package is damaged file a claim with the USPS.

Returning An Item

Follow the instructions at the bottom of your sales invoice that you received with your merchandise. Please have the original order number, found on your invoice statement, when requesting a return authorization (RA#). Email us at danward@itctel.com with the information and reason for returning or call us at 605-628-2201 and speak to one of our customer service associates. Without a RA we will not be able to process your return. Send all returns to the following address:
